The curse has been lifted! My writer's block is gone! For now, at least...but thanks to some inspiration from Adam Rapp and Lindsay Lohan, I have 3 pages (single-spaced) of a story that is still brewing. And most exciting of all...Adam Rapp told me to email it to him so he could read it this week. Dear lord...this makes me so nervous. He is my favorite writer, and I feel like if HE likes my writing, then it means I might have what it takes to make it as a writer in either the theatre (or...publishing?) world. Anyway, the story's working title right now is 'Stumped' and it involves missing limbs...I'll let you make the connection.

I'm really excited for Chuck Palahniuk's new novel. He is such a crazy bastard. Just read this!

"Six hundred dudes. One porn queen. A world record for the ages. A must-have movie for every discerning collector of things erotic."

"Didn't one of us on purpose set out to make a snuff movie."

Cassie Wright, porn priestess, intends to cap her legendary career by breaking the world record for serial fornication. On camera. With six hundred men. SNUFF unfolds from the perspectives of Mr. 72, Mr. 137, and Mr. 600, who await their turn on camera in a very crowded green room. This wild, lethally funny, and thoroughly researched novel brings the huge yet underacknowledged presence of pornography in contemporary life into the realm of literary fiction at last. Who else but Chuck Palahniuk would dare do such a thing? Who else could do it so well, so unflinchingly, and with such an incendiary (you might say) climax?"

I'm also kind of eager for new shows coming up this winter/spring...
-Passing Strange (Matthew, we must make a date of this!)
-Next to Normal
-In the Heights (I actually AM curious to see this again, because I watched some videos of it on youtube and decided it's not as bad as I originally thought).

Well, I'm going to watch my latest Audrey Hepburn movie. This time it's 'The Children's Hour'. I ordered 3 more with her from the library. I have Audrey Hepititis...HAHAHAHAHA. I kill me.
